Variously, his Investment Capital activities include: developing the Capital Structure for several Equity and Debt Capital Stacks using Domestic and International Funds, engagements include structuring a $168M equity capital stack for the roll-up of 3 Medicaid Managed Care Health Plans, created a $5M Debt Structure for a Healthcare Consultancy & Practice Transformation Provider, created a $65M Credit Facility and 15M Special Purpose Debt Structure for a Healthcare IT Service Provider. '

Additionally, Michael has: generated in excess of $900M debt and equity investment capital, created a $75M Growth Equity Fund and structured a $6M Equity Investmentin a Medical Device Company, created the financial structured for $26M Equity Investment for a pre-revenue medical device company, performed pre-construction,  construction business planning and licensing for Adult Day Care centers, CCRC, MOB, Urgent Care, Surgical Care, MRI, EBT/Wellness Screening and Physical Therapy centers.
