Underwriting

All of our transactions must be of investment-grade quality, or the ability to become investment grade, before TSF will entertain them. In addition, each transaction must be in an approved asset category, be structured with appropriate legal and technical checks and fit within our mitigated-risk guidelines. We continually review how our projects effect the economic environment on potential transaction performance and adjust our criteria accordingly.
