Ann Thomas has spent her career in commodities, specializing in energy. She built her expertise in the physical logistics of exploration,  transportation for crude oil, refined products and natural gas with Texaco and Conoco.Recruited by Citibank and Chase Manhattan Bank, she developed Institutional Energy Risk Management Divisions, with global scale, for their respective NYC Headquarters.
 

Subsequently, Ms. Thomas transitioned into investment banking, sourcing opportunities for Broadband Capital as well as introducing an equity trading team to the firm to enhance client services. She has years of experience in proprietary trading in the energy markets with an average ROR of 12%. As Managing Director of Singita Energy Management, Ms. Thomas has provided frequent macro, geopolitical and industry related research and customized strategies for a diverse clientele. She has remained in compliance with the CFTC (Series 3 & CTA) and FINRA (Series 7 & 63) and maintains relationships within the oil industry, Wall Street investment banks and relevant government officials.
